What we do:
For proposed or under construction projects: We typically assess whether appropriate processes are in place / applied so that there will be no serious deficiencies in the facility, and whether the project organization is suitably designed, manned and capable of handling their expected responsibilities.
For operating sites: We provide specialized consulting support in areas such as industrial operational improvements; equipment / unit trouble-shooting; review of risk management systems; independent technical investigation of incidents, targeted recruitment of experienced staff, etc.
